Light Marble Cake
This is one of the best marble cakes that I've eaten. Light and fluffy, it's delicious with a lovely cup of tea!
3 eggs
150g sugar
190g self raising flour
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp cocoa
pinch of salt
Whisk the egg whites until stiff, with half of the sugar.
Whisk the egg yolks with the other half of the sugar.
Add the milk, oil and flour to the egg yolk mixture.
Add the egg whites and mix delicately.
Split the mixture into two bowls. Add the cocoa to one of them.
From the centre of the tin, place alternate spoonfuls of each mixture.

If you feel artistic, you can create a pattern as above.
Cook in the middle of the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
Bon Appetit.
