150g margarine
250g brown sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
300g self raising flour
200g chocolate chips
pinch of salt

Melt the margarine and mix with the sugar.
Add the egg and yolk.
Add the flour, chocolate chips and salt.
Place spoonfuls on a baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
